Ocean Export Agent - Minimal knowledge to experience
We are looking for an Ocean Export Agent to join a leading, professional freight forwarding company near LHR. We welcome applications from candidates with all levels of experience; salary will reflect experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the ocean export department.
- Ensuring smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Accurate and timely data entry into the operational system.
- Tracking and tracing shipments.
- Using global Ocean Export monitoring tools.
- Ensuring documents are sent and shipping notices communicated overseas and to customers.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
Salary: Up to GBP 32,000 - 35,000 + perks.
