A technology solutions provider in Central London is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to design and deploy Desktop platforms across various technologies. Rate: £450 - £650 per day (Negotiable depending on experience) Outside IR35

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Desktop Engineer and Technician. We are looking to expand our current team with Desktop Engineers and Technicians in multi-disciplinary roles, where there will be excellent opportunity to be involved in all aspects of Desktop platforms.
This role exposes engineers to cutting edge technologies, and provides the successful candidate the opportunity to become a Desktop subject matter expert.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Desktop Engineer to work within an expanding project delivery team, designing, building and deploying Desktop and Laptop platforms, across a variety of technologies, for a wide range of user communities. The end clients require and expect an exceptional level of service with a unique set of use cases. The candidate should be an excellent communicator and problem solver, with an innovative approach to their work and be capable of working to tight deadlines within a high‑pressure environment.
Each project delivery will require full integration into the client’s live support services, where service transition activities will require close working relationships with the BAU support teams and senior users. There will be a combination of entirely new platform design and deployment through to lifecycle management, upgrades and migration of existing capabilities.
