• A strategic leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in technology implementation and process improvement programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the drive to innovate and inspire.
• Degree‑level qualification (Data Science preferred) and willingness to travel across sites.
