Placing candidates within the Construction, Trades & Labour sectors throughout the Yorkshire market. Supplying high volumes of staff on a temporary, contract, and permanent basis. We are looking for a driven individual with experience of managing multiple clients. This role involves working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Managing your own desk
- Building a client portfolio
- Visiting construction sites regularly
- Building a candidate database
- Making placements
- Achieving monthly targets/KPIs
- Market forecasting
- Updating CRM daily with new clients and candidates
- Advertising vacancies
- Resourcing candidates through multiple job boards
- Growing a team within your sector
Salary:
- £30,000-£40,000 based on experience
- Strong commission structure
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on performance
- Quarterly bonuses for KPI achievement
Working hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible), in the Leeds office
Previous recruitment experience:
Minimum 1 year
