We’re proud to be owned by our members, and we’d love you to be part of that ownership.

- Provide technical guidance and support regarding statutory requirements and planned preventative maintenance across the Society’s portfolio.
- Manage the Property Compliance Risk Register, highlighting and mitigating risks, and informing line management of concerns.
- Oversee compliance contractors, working with the Procurement and Legal teams to select competent contractors, agree contracts, and review performance via SLAs and KPIs.
- Attend monthly capex meetings with Food Retail to advise on compliance submissions.
- Participate in Health & Safety Steering Group meetings to provide guidance to trading groups.
- Analyze data and produce reports for senior management, recommending improvements and highlighting concerns.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain accurate records using the C365 Safety Management System and drive data recording improvements.
- Address remedial actions promptly to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ensure high service delivery and continuous improvement of systems and procedures.

- Up to £500 off your next holiday.
- Access to Wagestream for financial wellbeing.
