Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans
  • Provide expert advice and training to site teams and subcontractors
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with legislation and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) - preferred
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry or similar sector
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
