We are looking for a Food Service Assistant to join our dedicated catering team at Brooksby College. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, vibrant college canteen, helping to deliver a positive dining experience for our students and staff. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will always deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and assist in the daily running of our catering provision. The successful candidate will serve customers, handle cash, maintain kitchen standards, be aware of food allergens and communicate regularly with the chefs about allergens and ingredients, support internal catering, stock rotation and maintain cleanliness, kitchen hygiene and health and safety standards across all areas.

The role is a fixed term, term‑time only role working 25 hours per week across 36 weeks throughout the year.
