Cover Supervisors Required in Sussex - Make a Difference in Burgess Hill Schools

What You'll Do:

• Classroom Management: Maintain order and a positive learning environment, ensuring students are engaged and behaving appropriately. Enforce school rules and address minor disruptions.
• Supporting Learning: Follow pre-prepared lesson plans, provide guidance and support to students, and monitor their progress.
• Administrative Tasks: Take attendance, collect and return work, and communicate with teachers as needed.
• Additional Responsibilities (potential): Form tutoring, administrative support for curriculum departments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - build rapport with students easily.
• Strong classroom management skills - create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability - handle different subjects, teaching styles, and situations with ease.
