Role Overview:
Trigon Recruitment is seeking a knowledgeable and experiencedChildcare Tutorto deliver engaging 8-week Skills Bootcamp courses across Plymouth and Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor to contribute to meaningful adult learning, supporting individuals into employment or further development through sector-specific training. This role will also include limited delivery of Hospitality courses.
The tutor will deliver face-to-face training in community venues to small groups of adult learners (up to 12), focusing on both hospitality and childcare. The programmes include:
The training also embeds employability sessions, covering CV writing, interview skills, and essential workplace soft skills. All learners completing the programme are guaranteed a job interview, arranged in partnership with local employers and supported by the Engagement Officer team.
