We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative / Handyman to assist with reactive repairs and maintenance at a student accommodation site. Responsibilities include:

• Performing reactive maintenance tasks such as plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
• Moving furniture and heavy items within the premises.
• Maintaining lighting and conducting statutory testing.
• Responding appropriately to health and safety issues.
• Managing electronic maintenance reports and updating records.
• Monitoring stock levels and informing management when supplies need replenishing.

• Proven experience in repairs and maintenance within residential or construction environments, with skills in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
