Rate of Pay / Hours: Up to £12.50 per hour plus loyalty bonus, full training, and benefits package / 40 hours per week

Being a Concierge combines customer service & front of house duties with driver & valeting responsibilities.

You are our first impression…

Welcoming guests as they arrive, assisting with luggage, and managing parking are just the start. You will interact with guests frequently, setting the tone for their stay at Malmaison. Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service with a smile are essential.

As part of the front of house team, you will assist with check-in, check-out, and rooming guests.

Knowledge of Oxford and local attractions is advantageous, as guests often inquire about directions, history, and recommendations for dining or activities. You will be on hand to assist with booking tickets and providing local information.

A full clean driving license is required for this role.

Progression opportunities into front office positions are available for the right candidate.
