We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and reliable, public sector Caretaker in the Camden area.
The Role:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of estate grounds and facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.
- Monitor security of the estate premises and report any suspicious activities.
- Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the estate.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Candidate:
- Prior experience in caretaking/cleaning/maintenance work.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
