A local authority in London is seeking a Caretaker to maintain clean and safe communal areas across housing estates. This frontline role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage both cleaning duties and minor repairs. Ideal candidates should have some experience in caretaking or cleaning, be physically able to work outdoors, and be available to start immediately. The position is on a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Rate of Pay: £17.28 - £23.01 per hour
The Caretaker is a frontline role within the Estate Services team, responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-managed communal areas across housing estates. The post holder will work closely with residents, colleagues, and management to deliver a high-quality caretaker service while ensuring health & safety, safeguarding, and customer care standards are met.
