Children’s Residential Care Worker – Derby, £31,440 to £34,060.80 (OTE, inclusive of sleep ins) + £1,000 sign on fee. Alternate week shift pattern (includes sleep ins/on call); 40 hours per week + sleep ins. Based in Derby (Mickleover/Littleover).

• Provide emotional support, guidance and ensure the wellbeing of children in your care.
• Help children build confidence and develop social skills to reach their full potential.
• Work within an environment focused on nurturing and safeguarding young people.

• NVQ Level 3/Level 4 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or QCF Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (required).
• Driving Licence (required).
• Residential Childcare: 1 year (required).
• Children and Young People’s workforce QCF Level 3 or 4 (required).

• Salary: £31,939.20–£34,060.80 per year (OTE, inclusive of sleep ins) + £1,000 signing bonus.
