• Proficient in supporting Windows operating systems.
• Experience in Office365 and its applications is essential.
• Understanding basic networking and related protocols is needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT Support queries.
• Assist users remotely or face to face when required.
• Work closely with Senior technician on escalated tickets.
• Document solutions to problems in the company's knowledge base.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems (10 / 11)

Experience with Office365 applications

Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server

Basic networking skills (TCP / IP, DNS and DHCP)

Excellent communication skills
