A leading childcare provider in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Nursery Room Leader. This role involves day-to-day management of a nursery area, training staff, and ensuring the safety and happiness of children. Candidates must be NVQ Level 3 qualified and have a strong understanding of child development. Nursery Room Leader
- Day‑to‑day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.
- Training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills.
- Ensuring children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
- Providing a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet children’s all‑round development.
- Undergoing an enhanced DBS check.
- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Sound understanding of a child's developmental requirements.
- Enjoy a performance‑related bonus of up to £1,200 per year.
- Your choice of a 4‑day 36‑hour week or the classic 5‑day 40‑hour week.
- Revel in up to 32 days of holiday a year (including 3 days between Christmas/New Year and a “Me” day off of your choice!).
