Job summary
A reputable care home provider in Bristol is seeking an experienced Qualified Home Manager to lead a 20-bed care home. The candidate will oversee all aspects of care quality, staffing, and compliance with CQC standards. The ideal manager has a proven leadership background in elderly care, preferably with an NVQ level 5 in Health & Social Care. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact and drive improvement in care services.

- Oversee all aspects of home management, from care quality excellence to financial performance.

- Guide and support the Deputy Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain the home's “Good” rating.
- Play a key role in managing short-term admissions effectively.
- Champion best practices in dementia and complex care.
- Proven track record of staff management and leadership.
- Experience of providing support into the elderly/dementia care setting.
- Ideally NVQ level 5 in Health & Social Care.
