The home is made up of four wings, each with four en‑suite bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, and access to garden spaces. While the environment is active and structured, residents are mostly independent of each other and build strong connections with staff rather than peers.

People at Tager use a variety of communication methods, including verbal language, PECS, gestures, body language, and objects of reference. Everyone has a Positive Behaviour Support Plan, and you’ll be trained to deliver support that’s calm, proactive, and person‑led.
