Overview

About The Role. This role is Full Time 33hrs per week on Days. Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times. You will be a team player with good communication skills, act with integrity, and demonstrate kindness, fairness, and respect towards residents, their families, and colleagues. SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care are required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home.
  • Lead by example to ensure all residents receive their individual care needs at all times.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork, clear communication, and professional conduct.
  • Maintain transparent, respectful interactions with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care.
  • Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.
