We are recruiting an employed Mortgage advisor for a firm that truly supports their advisers. Working with a well-established firm, you will become part of a friendly and passionate team who take pride in their work and ensure clients are at the forefront of everything they do.

With a supportive management team, energetic colleague collaboration, flexible working, allowing you to work from home 3 days per week, existing client bank and ongoing leads as well as a very knowledgeable administrative team, they will be supporting you to success.

• Basic Salary of £28,000 to £35,000 DOE.
• Monthly commission paid on all bankings.
• Company benefits including 3x Death in service and company pension.
• Hybrid working, 2 days in the office on a Tuesday and Thursday.
• Leads provided from existing proven client bank and many more opportunities from referring financial advisers.
• Peer support with a close knit team of advisers and accessible directors to fuel your growth with support and challenges.
• Access to highly knowledge admin team to help with any processing queries and the potential for ongoing admin support.
• Scenic and peaceful offices with client meeting rooms, free parking and onsite café/bar.
• Flexibility to conduct client meetings in person or remotely as your clients require.
• Regular training sessions. Including quarterly one to ones, twice-yearly whole firm meetings and regular external speaker.
• Strong ethical values with a family feel that always ensures the right advice for clients and value their advisers.
• Recognise success and facilitate progression, with the potential to achieve further qualifications.

• Understand clients individual circumstances and requirements and make recommendations on Mortgage and Protection products.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, peers and introducers alike to help grow the business.
• Carry out continued professional development to ensure you stay up to date on industry regulation and products.

Mortgage Advisor - Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified is a must.
• Experience of providing advice on Mortgage and Protection products or a sales background.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service standards.
• Commutable weekly to Corsham.
