Job summary
A leading automotive service provider in England is seeking a Nightshift Alloy Wheel Technician to perform repairs and paintwork on alloy wheels. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. The role offers a pay rate of up to £16.25 per hour, opportunities for performance-based bonuses, and a commitment to employee training and development.

We offer our Nightshift Alloy Wheel Technician:
- Up to £16.25 per hour plus benefits
- Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses – terms and conditions apply

- Monday - Thursday 7.30pm-7am, 44 hour working week

As an Arnold Clark Alloy Wheel Technician, it will be your role to carry out small repairs and paintwork to alloy wheels, as well as milling and cutting diamond-cut alloys. The right person for the role should be energetic and self-motivated. It’s important that you can work on your own initiative and have great people skills.
- Preparing alloy wheels for paintwork
- Carrying out small alloy wheel repairs
- Removing and refitting tyres
- Balancing wheels after they’ve been repaired
- Mixing paint to apply to wheels
- Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to multi-task
- Willingness to work on your own initiative
