The Job You’ll Do;
  • Combination of office and manufacturing floor environments.
  • Involves audits, inspections, and hands-on training.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits.
  • Support third-party certification audits as required.
  • Maintain accurate document control and quality records.
  • Lead 8D investigation for non-conformances and customer complaints, driving effective corrective actions.
  • Perform and support first-off inspections, and prepare ISIR/PPAP documentation to ensure product and process conformity in line with customer requirements
  • Deliver quality-related training to employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives.
  • Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics (KPIs).
About You;
  • Experience in a quality or engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and related quality standards.
  • Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in auditing and quality systems management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
