Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner will include:

• Collaborate closely with the CIO to align people strategies with business and technology objectives

• Leverage people analytics to implement proactive solutions and continuously refine HR practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, partnering a tech division within a large matrix structured organisation
• Strong track record of influencing and partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, complex environment
• Expertise in talent management, change leadership, and using data to drive decisions
• Level 7 CIPD Qualified or above
