Ideal candidates will have recruitment experience and strong stakeholder management skills, and be flexible for night shifts across two locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent resourcing, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite across Coulsdon and Aylesford, with flexibility for night shifts.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consultative recruitment service to clients, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Source, screen, and match candidates to roles, maintaining high standards throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on market insights and best practices.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
