What you'll be doing:

As The Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Effectively manage and prioritise active vacancies which include building a pipeline of potential future talent
  • Support internal talent moves
  • Utilise all effective resources to proactively, directly approach external talent
  • Scheduling and conducting thorough interviews and phone screens to evaluate the candidate's suitability for the role and to enable target and quality shortlists
  • carrying out admin duties for the recruitment team, including onboarding of new starters and Compliance checks
  • Ensure Resourcing SLA is achieved and all relevant administration is maintained
  • Build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure both candidates and hiring managers receive a positive recruitment experience
  • Working to targets as well as other recruitment measures of success
More about the role:
  • Proven successful track record in a recruitment role - either agency or in-house
  • Ideally knowledge of recruiting in a similar industry with a network of contacts
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Demonstrable experience of deliveringdirect sourcing for operational roles
  • Excellent teamwork ethics
  • Passionate about achieving success with every vacancy given
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels both face to face and over the phone
  • Able to manage own workload and prioritise to achieve success
  • Self-motivated
  • Generates own ideas and uses initiative
Who you are:

  • Have previous 360 recruitment experience in the UK market (agency side/RPO), ideally in the hospitality sector with medium to large organisations would be advantageous but not essential
