Job summary
A leading international logistics company in Manchester is seeking a Logistics Service External Business Coordinator / Developer to ensure service quality, manage local operations, and support business development. The ideal candidate will monitor KPIs, analyze market intelligence, and ensure effective transportation solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to daily monitor and analyse local business service quality.
- Proficient in managing customer requirements for on-time delivery.
- Experience dealing with claims related to local operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor service quality and KPIs for local business partners.
- Collect and analyse local market intelligence for business support.
- Ensure cost-effective transportation solutions and handle daily claims.
- 1, daily monitor local business CP (local cooperation partners) service quality and KPIs;
- 2, analyse and collect local market intelligence, and be able to generate the integrated analysis and to support the business;
- 3, Meets the customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation to the final destination, deal with the daily claims related to UK local operation;
- 4, support on business development for local logistics resource, and deal with related process and documentation;
- 5, follow the process for logistics solutions with Europe and China team including Procumbent, IT, product and custom service, etc;
