Job Description:
V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech Organisations, specializing in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates.
Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist responsible for driving and converting warm leads into sales, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
We are seeking a hungry, sales-driven individual with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within your territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
- Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing value and addressing their business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to business process analysis, process mining, and audit to aid negotiations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
- Develop business plans and marketing strategies to support channel sales partners.
- Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Develop KPIs to monitor partner performance and review routines.
- Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 6+ years of experience in Account Management within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Tenacious in cold calling and engaging warm leads.
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, with a client-centric approach.
- Interest in identifying client problems and offering smart solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-sized SaaS clients as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
- Highly organized and analytical, with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Educational background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields may be preferred.
- Experience in a 'New Business Hunter' role in a related industry.
