We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Marketing team based in Birstall. You will work as a Shopper Marketer supporting some of our key accounts. This role offers excellent exposure and the opportunity to progress your career within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to Shopper Marketer for your areas of responsibility, sharing insights with internal colleagues
• Drive shopper marketing performance across your areas in line with business objectives
• Create and develop comprehensive shopper marketing plans to achieve sales and profit goals
• Implement channel plans and initiatives that deliver a best-in-class shopper experience, aligned with brand and channel strategies
• Identify growth opportunities through innovation and effective marketing activities
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within accounts to understand their business needs
• Develop shopper marketing calendars that add value and align with annual business plans

Key Skills:

• At least 2 years of marketing experience or working in a commercial environment (desirable)
• Understanding of retail and trade customer dynamics
• Proven communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Initiative-driven with strong project progression skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize under pressure
• Experience in agency management
