What we offer:The Global Brand Content Marketing Lead is responsible for the development and execution of our global brand content strategy. Using deep understanding of buyer personas and the buyer journey, you will lead a team of Content Managers to create compelling, quality content which resonates with our audience to deliver our business growth objectives. 2 x Content Marketing Managers will report into this role. You will need a consistent track record of managing a content team to craft compelling stories in diverse content formats, including thought leadership and technical information. Prior experience in the supply chain or ecommerce industry is helpful.
Tasks and Qualifications:Content Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and global market trends.
- Manage the Content Team to deliver the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
- Explore the opportunities that AI represents for content creation at Dematic and lead the adoption of processes and practices to leverage this technology.
Content Creation:
- Work with the Content Team to write, edit, and optimize compelling long-form content such as articles, white papers, eBooks, and case studies.
- Create engaging and on-brand content for thought leadership, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution marketing, digital marketing, communications, creative, and vertical markets teams to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
- Partner with external agencies and freelancers when needed, to scale content production.
Digital Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO and integrated into broader campaigns.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the supply chain industry to produce relevant and authoritative content.
- Build relationships with industry thought leaders and subject-matter experts to enrich content quality and authenticity.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, with 5-8 years in content marketing, including a focus on global markets.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing long-form content like blogs, case studies, eBooks, and white papers.
- Proficiency in managing content across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), standard methodologies for SEO, and analytics tools.
- Experience in the supply chain industry or ecommerce related sectors preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Innovative problem-solver who pays close attention to detail and is dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
