Responsibilities



You will be key in supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events channels. Your other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain content across various platforms, including website updates, brochures, presentations, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with other marketing teams (Communications, Design, Digital, and Events) to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing output.
  • Assist with the promotion and organization of events such as webinars, tradeshows, and in-person briefings.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (underwriting, distribution) to gather input and feedback for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, suggesting improvements based on insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all materials.
  • Maintain campaign schedules and project timelines to support efficient delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

About you


To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of experience at a marketing executive level role, preferably within a B2B intermediated environment, ideally in insurance or financial services. You will also have experience within:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with the ability to manage multiple priorities under a moderate level of supervision.
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing tools - HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Analytics experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Degree-level education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
