As part of a close-knit team, you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the club to create memorable moments for our members and guests at their ‘home from home,’ ensuring each visit is unique. Our food and beverage team provides hospitality whether guests are visiting for lunch, drinks, overnight stays in grand suites, or special events. The castle offers unforgettable dining experiences in settings such as the Tavern bar, historic dining halls, champagne bar, caviar bar, whisky bar, and the Drawing Room, each with distinct characteristics and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities include ensuring all linen, cutlery, crockery, and glasses are clean and polished, drinks and ice are stocked, and you have good knowledge of the menu. You will serve drinks and snacks, offer afternoon tea or cocktails, and serve dinner, ensuring guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.

Previous experience in the luxury sector is a bonus but not essential. It is crucial that you have worked in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort, catering to high-end private events or fine dining. A valid driving license is advantageous as the role involves working across various locations throughout the estate.
To succeed, you should have attention to detail, a warm and casual style, and the ability to build relationships with members and their guests. A cheerful outlook, pride in your work, and a genuine interest in people are essential. We welcome individuals who exude a positive attitude and are eager to learn and grow within our team.
We are pioneers and free spirits; previous luxury sector experience is not required. As the club grows, so will your opportunities to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
