ABOUT THE ROLE

I am seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor. You will report directly to the commercial director and oversee various concrete frame, basement, and groundwork packages from award to final account.

The company is expanding, with a turnover of around £200 million annually across the UK. They value career-focused individuals eager to grow within a close-knit team dedicated to building a successful business in this competitive sector.

Applicants must have experience working for UK-based rival concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. A degree in quantity surveying or commercial management is essential due to the technical nature of the role. Candidates should be based in or near London/South East or willing to relocate, as travel across London projects is involved. Hybrid working arrangements are available post-probation, allowing work from the office, sites, or remotely.

The salary range is approximately £70,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and role. The package includes pension, travel allowance or car, and a bonus scheme. Self-employed options via limited company are also available, with negotiated day rates to match annual earnings.
