My client is a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Cambridgeshire. Due to picking up a scheme outside of their usual geography, they are in the market for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the project. This is a long-term role paying up to £425 per day (OUTSIDE IR35).

Typical duties:

• Placing Sub-Contract Orders
• Managing the various Packages
• Cost Reporting
• Final Accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Civil Engineering Contracting background (5 year min.)
• Earthworks experience
• NEC & JCT Contract Experience
