Are you an Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge? Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector? Our client is a Main Contractor with regional offices located in the West Midlands and Northamptonshire. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within two key sectors: Multi‑rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes they deliver being of a new‑build nature.

About You:

• Experience of commercially and contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
• Experience of working within the construction industry for a main contractor.
