Are you a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to lead on high‑impact infrastructure projects? My global client is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in East Yorkshire. This is your chance to play a key role in the financial management of complex construction initiatives, working with cutting‑edge tools like SAP and Power BI, and collaborating with top‑tier stakeholders.

• Lead monthly Auto‑WIP and journal returns
• Liaise with clients on compensation events and payment queries
• Drive cost analysis and reporting for Project Boards
• Manage subcontractor processes and commercial registers
• Own the change control process from start to finish

• Deep knowledge of the NAECI Agreement
• Experience on major construction projects
• Proficiency in NEC4 Option B Contracts & Standard Method of Measurement
• Basic understanding of P6 programming
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Full UK working rights
