• Welcome visitors into the care home
• Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
• Typing up minutes and letters, so a good typing speed would be advantageous
• Understand and follow internal policies and procedures
• Use appropriate communication methods, depending on the task and environment

• Approachable, calm and patient.

9 am - 5pm (1/2 hour unpaid break)

Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training at or your place of work. Student to complete Business administration level 3 apprenticeship

Please note own transport would ideally be needed due to location
