Role Summary

The Personal Development Coach role is a key driver of student and apprentice success. The role provides a holistic wrap around service that effectively prepares students for their destinations, enabling them to be successful in their future lives and careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group sessions and one‑to‑one mentoring with students.
  • Support students in personal, social, educational, employability skills, physical and mental health and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with curriculum and apprenticeship teams to raise student aspirations.
