Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in a community setting. This role focuses on tailored interventions and building trust in a flexible, supportive environment.

The position operates in a community-based context beyond traditional classrooms, requiring clear documentation, safeguarding awareness, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
