Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across the UK. You will build trusted relationships, deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress, and complete risk assessments while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
  • Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
