Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate, adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role is hands-on and focuses on building trusted relationships, delivering tailored intervention sessions, monitoring progress, and reporting safeguarding concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
