Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in Worthing is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community setting beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build positive, trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and maintain records while working with families, professionals, and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
