Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role focuses on creating safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trust with vulnerable youths, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent support across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
