Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings.

In this role you will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build positive relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while working with families and regional teams to ensure consistent support for our learners.
