Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will work beyond traditional classrooms to create engaging learning experiences and build trusted relationships.

Essential requirements include at least 2 years’ relevant experience, a valid UK driving license, and the ability to commit to at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• SEMH experience.
• Complex needs experience.
• Willing to do some personal care.

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
