Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings. This role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences and build trust with vulnerable learners.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistent support and positive

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in education, youth work or related field.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
