Job summary

Nudge Education is hiring compassionate practitioners to provide 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in a community-based setting. You will deliver tailored sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and professionals to create meaningful learning experiences.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a UK driving licence, and be able to commit to three days per week. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
