Job summary

CXK Limited in Hastings is seeking a role to engage young people in the Pathways for Progression project. You will help plan activities, listen to participants, and ensure their views shape the program. Travel locally as needed and collaborate with schools and employers to share opportunities.

No formal qualifications required; you must be aged 16 or over and bring friendly, reliable energy, openness to learn, and a commitment to inclusion. Training and DBS checks will be provided.

• Aged 16 or over, with a clear connection to Hastings through living, studying or involvement.
• Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Ready to listen, share ideas and work with others.
• Committed to inclusion and willing to learn.
• Able to travel locally for activities and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Help organise activities and events, listen to young people and ensure their views influence the project.
• Work with schools, employers and community partners to help create accessible communications.
• Share local opportunities with participants.
