Help young people in Hastings build confidence, explore their options and take their next steps towards work, education or training. As a Youth Employment Worker at Hastings Youth Hub, you’ll build trusting relationships with young people who need support to move forward, helping them overcome barriers and turn their goals into practical steps. It’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference at an important point in their lives.
You’ll support a caseload of young people throughout their Youth Hub journey, taking time to understand their circumstances, interests and aspirations.
