Job summary

CXK Limited in Hastings invites you to join the Youth Employability Service as a Youth Support Adviser. You will welcome 16–18-year-olds into YES, assess their needs and help them reconnect with education, employment or training.

You’ll contact young people by phone, text, email and face to face, tracking those at risk of missing out and arranging support. We value communication, organisation and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• An approachable manner and strong communication skills.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office.
• A willingness to learn and respond to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Contact young people by phone, text, email and face to face to assess needs.
• Provide one-to-one support, arrange appointments, make referrals and keep accurate records.
