East Sussex College Group in Hastings is seeking a Team Leader to deliver a life-changing personal development programme for young people aged 16-25. You will motivate learners, build confidence, and foster employability and life skills across a structured curriculum.

You will work with colleagues, employers and volunteers to create meaningful learning opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.

Formación

• Experience of working with young people in education, training, youth work, mentoring or coaching environment.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• A commitment to safeguarding, equality, inclusion and supporting individuals to achieve their potential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver an engaging personal development programme for young people aged 16-25.
• Recruit, mentor and support students throughout their journey, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
• Build effective partnerships with employers, community organisations and other stakeholders to create learning and work-based opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality programme delivery, accurate record keeping, and a safe and supportive learning environment for all.
• Coordinate and participate in a residential trip (typically around 5 days) and be on site for the full trip.
