Job summary

CXK is seeking a Youth Support Adviser to join the Youth Employability Service in Hastings. You will be the first point of contact for young people aged 16–18 who are NEET or at risk, offering empathetic guidance and practical support.

You will engage via phone, text, email or face‑to‑face, contribute to tracking activities as part of a dedicated team, and be prepared to travel across the county to support learners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people aged 16–18.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the county.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for YES clients.
• Support young people to engage in education, employment or training.
• Work as part of the tracking team to complete outreach.
